They are broadcasting the entire season of movies and TV shows in one sitting and that will take you to an average of 8 hours and more. That is really addictive. Lastly, you must know your priorities. If you are a student, you must focus on your studies. If you are an employee, you should focus on your job. When you are left at home, you must prioritize first your chores. You must focus on your goal. Watching movies and TV shows on Netflix is fine as long you do not sit down for long hours just by watching. There are many things that needs to be accomplished.

First, you need to list down your activities as well as its due time. With this, you will be able to schedule earlier the things that needs to be done. Second, limit your exposure to programs which are not for educational purposes. If the program provides for topics or contents that will surely give you an insight or thoughts that would improve your knowledge then continue watching. However, if it is not educational like those romantic movies, turn off your TV. Lastly, know your vision and purpose in life. Your goal is to finish your studies with flying colors. You need to allot your time to do the things which you need in your course. Through it, you will be able to accomplish every activity or assignment which are given to you.
