This is one of the best WordPress Ping List that you can find online. It is a compilation of active pings sites for faster indexing of new blog post.
I made this post because most ping lists that you will find online are outdated. It needs clean up. I compiled my own list from the official wordpress codex and other alternate sites. I also removed some XML-RPC Ping Services that are no longer working or encountering some technical errors.

Steps to Update Your Ping Services
- Go on Settings,
- Click on Writing,
- Copy and Paste the list on Update Services,
- Save Changes.
How to Prevent Excessive Pings
Pinging multiple sites simultaneously may hurt your blog. Your blog may be tagged as a spam site if you ping more often. To prevent this, use WordPress Ping Optimizer to control the pinging process of your blog. Just enable the plugin and limit your ping at most 1 time within 5 to 15 minutes.
Conclusion
You don’t need many ping sites in your list, pinging to 5 to 10 ping services is already sufficient. Also, just pinging to Google search is enough to enable your new blog post to be indexed by search engines.
